My mom makes the best fruitcake ever! She usually makes it in September so it has time to "ripen" I have been lucky enough to enjoy this culinary masterpiece nearly every Christmas of my life.

Margaret got out the dissecting kit for this globby gunk she got for Christmas. She shapes it

into organs or entrails and "dissects" it.
