Upon arrival at PDX, we took a taxi (hooray for a van!) to the place we rented, located 2 miles SW of the city in the Portland Hills. Beautiful place, overlooking the city.

I really didn't take any photos of the place we stayed, but it was lovely, completely furnished, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The owner lives onsite. We loved the private elevator and the city view from the gorgeous deck. Oh, and we had tv! I watched ample amounts of Food Network!
Did a bit of wandering downtown visiting all the Portland hotspots, Powell's Books, Voodoo, China town, Pioneer Square.....
