Rabbits at Homeschool Co-op


Rabbit poop = chocolate covered raisins.


Grace, who has been raising four wild young rabbits, led co-op. 

Everyone got a chance to hold one before they were set free.






Time to let them go

They had been raising them for weeks, bottle feeding them in the beginning, so this was a tough moment.



Then a hearty game of chubby bunny





                                                    and bunny, bunny, grey bunny.

Insects at Homeschool Co-op


Entomophagy~ the consumption of insects as food. Insects have been eaten by man since prehistoric times. It's common to many cultures in the world, however taboo in others.....ours included. 





Insects take less money, land, and water than beef, pork, and chicken.


Over 1,000 species of insects are known to be eaten in 80% of the worlds nations.
