We rented our tubes here http://www.zumbroriverratz.com for a nice float down the beautiful Zumbro. The entire ride was about 4.5 hours, but we did stop a few times to play.
The water is amazingly clear.

Tubing the Cannon River at Welch Mill
Welch Mill is a FUN place!
$10.00 bucks for a tube
We rode the bus up for the "long" trip. A short trip is also offered.
It is busy on the weekends!
Some of us had tubes, and some got canoes.
The beautiful Cannon River.
Scads of damselflies
And a hot dog stand in the middle of the river!
Lance swam pretty much the whole way.
Charlie had a snooze
Beautiful run. It took about 4.5 hours.
