Our homeschool group visited Dakota City Heritage Village
We split into groups by age.
Dropped our lunches off at the drug store.
And visited the village with an interpreter.
Laundry and rug beating
Library
In the bank, they withdrew a penny.
And bought a candy stick in the general store.
After lunch, the group spent a few hours in school.
Separated into rows by grade
Each row had time up front with the teacher.
While the others studied.
Recess!
